Our Services

GRH Power Solutions supplies, installs and supports power and infrastructure solutions, including diesel generators, transformers, UPS systems, stabilisers, batteries, solar, power quality equipment and data centre infrastructure, together with power system studies and audits, rentals, AMC, MRO and spares.

Product descriptions, images and specifications on this website are for general information only and may change without notice. Final specifications will be as stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

Use Of The Website

• You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, GRH or other users.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems.
• Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and complete.

Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is stated.
• An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation or purchase order acceptance.
• Any change to the scope, quantity or specification after confirmation may affect price and delivery timelines.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms, including advance and milestone payments, will be as specified in the quotation or contract.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of supply, installation or service until dues are cleared.

Delivery, Installation & Site Readiness

• Delivery and completion dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer lead times, transport or site conditions.
• You are responsible for providing safe site access, approvals, civil works, power and space as agreed, unless included in our scope.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the agreed site. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer and/or as stated in your quotation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, improper electrical conditions, accidents, natural events or normal wear and tear.

Rental, AMC & Service Terms

• Rental equipment remains the property of GRH and must be used with care, as per our instructions, and returned in the same condition, allowing for normal wear.
• AMC coverage, visit frequency, response times and included spares will be as defined in your AMC agreement.
• Comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC terms differ; parts not covered under your plan will be charged separately.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, belongs to GRH Power Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit, data or business, arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service concerned.

Indemnity

Force Majeure

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
